Meet Valerie, a local from Sarasota Florida, who loves gardening in the year-round sunshine. Before getting injured, and going through some major surgeries, she had set her heart on completing some outside yard work to enhance her gardening spaces. But with the pain, and heavy weighted bricks, it began to cause a strain on her back post-surgery.
