Understanding Beuta's Push-Lock Connection System

Every section of PolyRock™ edging is held together by Beuta’s patented Push-Lock Connection System. It holds each section firmly in place, resists ground movement over time, such as frost heave or shifting dirt, and creates a continuous, clean border that looks like a line of cobblestones.

Most people install PolyRock™ and never think about the connection again. That’s exactly what it’s designed to do.

Why It’s Patented

Most landscaping edging products make you choose between two options: easy installation or long-term durability. The Push-Lock connection system was engineered because we refused to accept that trade-off.

When we developed PolyRock™, we identified three things that existing edging products couldn’t deliver all at once: easy installation, a secure hold through shifting ground, and a seamless finished appearance. Other landscape edging might nail one or two, but none of them hit all three.

The Push-Lock connection system is exclusive to Beuta and protected by a patent because of the unique way it works. The male and female ends lock together easily, stay securely connected even as the ground shifts, and create a smooth, nearly invisible seam. It's an original design you won't find on other edging products.

The Design Behind the Connection System

Every PolyRock™ section has two ends: a male end and a female end. If you’ve ever connected a garden hose, you already understand this.

The male end of one section fits into the female end of the next. It’s the same language plumbers and contractors have used for decades, because it works. Simply line up the ends and push until it locks. You’ll feel it click into place with no guesswork, no checking twice, and no tools or adhesive required.

That consistency is what makes installation straightforward from your second section to your twentieth. Every connection is the same motion, and it applies to Brick, Block, and Block XL heights.

Simple, Secure, Seamless

Simple. No tools. No hardware. No adhesive. One motion connects two sections by a simple push. Whether you’re a weekend DIYer or a seasoned landscaper, the install never changes.

Secure. We understand the ground moves, soil shifts, and frost heave push things up in winter and drop them back in spring. A border that looks perfect in June has to survive January. Once locked, PolyRock™ sections act as one continuous border by moving together instead of drifting apart.

Seamless. What makes most faux stone look artificial is the obvious breaks between pieces. When seams stand out, your eye finds them immediately. The Push-Lock connection tucks into the profile of the edging itself, so when you step back, the border reads as one continuous line of PolyRock™ with no visible joints.

Next time you’re looking at your finished project, or one of ours, try to find where one section connects to the next. It’s not easy to spot. That’s the Push-Lock connection doing exactly what it was designed to do.
