Beuta Warranty Policy

At Beuta, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a great experience for every customer. Our warranty programs are designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your Beuta products perform as expected.
2-Year Full Coverage Warranty
All Beuta products are backed by a 2-Year Full Coverage Warranty. This warranty covers product issues, including accidental damage, during the first two years from the original purchase date.If you experience an issue with your product, please follow the steps below:
1. Take clear photos showing the damage or issue.
2. Email the photos along with your order information to customerservice@beuta.com.
3. Our team will review your claim and may contact you for additional details if needed.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Beuta will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, or another resolution.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please retain one of the following:
-Order confirmation email
-Order number associated with your purchase
-Receipt showing the date of purchase
Beuta reserves the right to deny warranty claims if proof of purchase cannot be verified within our system.
Product Eligibility
These warranty policies apply to our current generation products, including our Gen II edging systems that feature the slide-on, slide-off connection system.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
In addition to the 2-Year Full Coverage Warranty, Beuta offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage Period
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for as long as you own the Beuta product.
Covered Issues
This warranty may cover manufacturing defects such as cracking due to freeze-thaw cycles or similar structural failures, as determined at Beuta’s discretion.
Claims Process
If you believe your product qualifies for coverage under the Limited Lifetime Warranty:
1. Contact our support team at customerservice@beuta.com.
2. Provide photos and proof of purchase.
3. Our team will review the claim and determine the best resolution.
If the claim is approved, Beuta may provide repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or another suitable solution.
