Beuta Warranty Policy

2 Year Full Coverage Warranty

At Beuta, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our 2-Year Full Coverage Warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind, covering all issues, including accidental damage. To initiate this plan, simply take a photo clearly displaying the damage and submit it to customerservice@beuta.com for our review. We may contact you for additional details.

Upon return, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, calculated based on the original price. Please note that our shipping cut-off is 3:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and we do not ship on weekends. If you are returning only a portion of your order, the restocking fee will be calculated based on the publicly displayed price and not any sale, promotion, or discounted price.

RECORDS & PROOF OF PURCHASE

Retain your proof of purchase, as it is essential for warranty claims. To make a claim, provide proof of purchase indicating the date of the transaction. You can use the following documents for verification:- Confirmation Email: If you received a Beuta Confirmation Email, it serves as sufficient proof of purchase.- Order Number: An order qualifies as sufficient proof, ensuring the name on the card matches the claimant's name. Ensure to keep your relevant documents safe for any future claims. Beuta reserves the right to refuse claims if we cannot locate a record of your purchase in our systems.

Return And Exchange Policy

EFFORTLESS EXCHANGES

Enjoy free shipping for size or color changes within 30 days of your original order. Contact our customer support team at customerservice@beuta.com or call us at 717-288-2637, and we'll guide you through the hassle-free exchange process. Return shipping costs are covered for exchanges.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Benefit from our "no questions asked" 30-day return policy. If you wish to return a product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we provide a Return Authorization AND cover the shipping costs back to our plant. Upon return, your account will be credited, minus a 10% restocking fee based on the original price. If you are returning only a portion of your order, the restocking fee will be calculated based on the publicly displayed price and not any sale, promotion, or discounted price.

APPLICABILITY

These warranty policies exclusively apply to our current Gen II product, distinguished by the absence of top caps and connection through our patent-pending  slide-on, slide-off' connection system.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

In addition to our 2-Year Full Coverage Warranty, Beuta offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty

for product defects and certain issues at our discretion.

COVERAGE DETAILS

- Coverage Period: The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable for as long        as you own the Beuta product.

- Eligibility: This warranty covers defects such as plastic cracking due to    freeze/thaw and similar issues, as determined by our discretion.

CLAIMS PROCESS

- Contact Beuta at customerservice@beuta.com if you experience issues     covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

- Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and may request additional    information for a swift resolution.

- Resolution: If approved, Beuta will collaborate with you for a solution,    including repair, replacement, or another suitable course of action.
