Our Charcoal color products are made up of 28% recycled materials.
We contribute to this by taking defective or returned products that can't be sold and send them back to our poly resin supplier.
These defective or returned products get recycled back into the poly resin manufacturing process, and eventually make their way into our charcoal colored products.

Returns
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
At Beuta, we stand by the quality of our products. We offer a "no questions asked" 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here's how it works:
Within 30 Days of Delivery:
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days, completely free of charge.
After 30 Days:
Returns are accepted, but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Beuta will provide return labels for you to ship your items.
If you’re returning only part of your order, the restocking fee will be calculated based on the current, publicly listed price of the items.
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund.
The refund amount will be credited back to your account, excluding the 20% restocking fee.
Important Notes:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories, to be eligible for a refund.
- Steel Edging may only be returned if it is in sellable condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been bent or formed into a curve.
Mis-picked Items and Shortages
- Customer service must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of any shipping or quantity errors. If after reviewing inventory and shipping records an error is verified, an appropriate credit will be issued.
- When calling to report a shipping error, please be prepared to provide the customer service representative with the item number(s) you were billed for as well as the item number(s) that were received.
- Mis-picked items or color; It is still important to contact the customer service department so they can issue any necessary credit. This will enable us to monitor employee performance, keep inventory correct and ensure accurate customer billing.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange any items, contact us via email or phone, and we will take care of it for you. Beuta will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

Damaged Merchandise
Our product is very difficult to damage. The box may be damaged, but the product within may not have any visible damage. All shipments should be thoroughly inspected. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill. Although Beuta assumes no responsibility for merchandise from the point of shipment, our customer service department will be happy to assist you.
